This is a Phylloscopus warbler recorded at Phu Luang WS but also heard at Khao Yai NP; it sings in March just before migrating.

Should be an Eastern Crowned Warbler , i've record a similar song in China Guangxi in middle of april of some migrating birds. Cheers Jonathan

Definitely not Eastern Crowned (Phylloscopus coronatus). Sounds like a member of the good old Blyth's Leaf Warbler complex. Don't know what form is in Thailand. Cheers, HJ

sorry, i've associated this call of a bird was calling on my P. coronatus record background to be the same species, but some P. claudiae were also present. After checking some other records at the same place agree with one of the Blyth's complex. This call is very close to the claudiae i recorded there but i'm rather not sure all the concerned recently split species concerned by this complex can be separate by call. Thanks to have highlight one more time my mystake. Cheers Jonathan
