posted on 06-06-2011, at 11:04 Definitely not Eastern Crowned (Phylloscopus coronatus). Sounds like a member of the good old Blyth's Leaf Warbler complex. Don't know what form is in Thailand. Cheers, HJ |

posted on 11-06-2011, at 3:44 sorry, i've associated this call of a bird was calling on my P. coronatus record background to be the same species, but some P. claudiae were also present. After checking some other records at the same place agree with one of the Blyth's complex. This call is very close to the claudiae i recorded there but i'm rather not sure all the concerned recently split species concerned by this complex can be separate by call. Thanks to have highlight one more time my mystake. Cheers Jonathan |
